Incredibly outdated plumbing could use an overhaul!!! Peeling walls and old furniture. A solid cleaning routine is essential to remove leftover grime from previous guests!!!

The setup of the room, the room is a good size room with a large flat screen TV with a large selection of channels.
Water was seeping in the bath room. The place was noisey due to maintenance conducted on the property.

The place was clean, housekeeping did a good job. No bedbugs! Abit of a surprise considering the outward appearance. Also quiet for a hotel.
Its kind of a dump. The place is under renovation. I thought it was closed at first, I had to search for the office. It took them three tries to get my keycard to work. I chose a no smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming in the room. Temps in the mid to upper 90's the week I stayed, but the swimming pool was closed.

The king room was perfect for our family stay. It had a clean, comfortable layout, and my kiddo loved having the fridge and microwave for snacks!
In my wife's opinion, a wider breakfast selection would make mornings easier for families.

Amazing staff, but needs work
I stayed here for 2 nights and the super nice team! The room was decent, had a roll-in shower which was great for my fiancé. Plus, being just off I-85 was handy. The bed wasn't the best though, kinda uncomfortable, and the bathroom had some cleanliness issues. Thought I was gonna get a nice night's sleep, but the mattress needs some love.

The staff was pleasant and took care of any problems to the best of their ability. There was coffee in the lobby but often had to wait for the staff to make it. They accepted dogs.
The breakfast consisted of sweet rolls, and coffee. There was no clock in the room, hairdryers were a $10 deposit, no hooks in bathroom, no hangers for clothes.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a well kept area, near wonderful restaurants, a night club, and food chains and lots of parking. My newly decorated and spotless room included exceptionally comfortable bed, a new carpet and a carpet. I loved the good food they offered. The location was wonderful and ideal, the staff were very pleasant.
